2. How do custom artwork commissions work?

Custom commissions are created specifically for each client and can include canvas paintings, wood slice portraits, pet portraits, floral artwork, landscapes, memorial pieces, and more. After discussing your ideas, size, colors, and inspiration, a custom piece is designed just for you. Progress updates may be shared throughout the process to ensure the artwork feels personal and meaningful.

3. Do you sell merchandise and print on demand products?

Yes! Painted Visions LLC offers a variety of merchandise including apparel, tote bags, mugs, stickers, prints, and other custom designed items. Some products are handmade and created in house, while others are produced through trusted print on demand partners to offer a wider variety of products and sizes. Custom designs and personalized orders may also be available depending on the item.

4. What is your return and exchange policy?

Due to the custom and handmade nature of much of the artwork and merchandise, all sales are generally final. However, if an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help make it right. Customer satisfaction is important, and every effort will be made to resolve any concerns fairly and promptly.
